Surgery Can Help Cure Sciatica Pain

Heating padSciatica is one of those ailments that’s not always easy to diagnose, let alone treat. This is caused when a herniated disk presses on the sciatic nerve, thus causing pain and discomfort in both the back and legs.

Over the years, we have treated many people with sciatica, including a recent patient who had been struggling with the condition for more than 20 years.

As a result of her sciatica, the patient was constantly faced with spinal pain that radiated down her left leg and foot. Furthermore, she was experiencing what felt like “electric shocks” in her ankle and hip.

After visiting us, we were able to pinpoint the cause of her problem, and suggest surgery as a remedy.

At her follow-up appointment, she shared that two short weeks after the surgery the pain was almost completely gone.

She added the following:

“I am absolutely thrilled and elated with my results and I am eternally grateful to Dr. Sharma and his team.”

Don’t assume that you have no choice but to live with sciatica. While surgery is not always the best treatment option, it may be just what you need to solve your problem once and for all.
