Combat Leg Pain Throughout Your Day

•    Don’t sit with your legs crossed: It’s okay to do this in short intervals, but long stretches can result in both leg and lower back pain and discomfort.
•    Keep your hips above your knees: The next time you sit down at your desk, consider your posture. Are your hips above your knees? Are your feet flat on the floor? It may be time to adjust the height of your chair.
•    Take advantage of stretching and desk yoga: You don’t need a lot of time or space to stretch and perform a little bit of yoga. In fact, you can do this while in your office, such as by performing a forward bend and stretch.
