A Car Accident has the Potential to Cause Serious Injury

Every time you get behind the wheel of a vehicle you put yourself at risk of an accident. While this isn’t likely to happen, if it does you could end up with some serious injuries.

We recently consulted with a patient who was injured in a near-fatal car crash. His vehicle was crushed on a major highway, which resulted in serious back and neck injuries.

After evaluating his images, we were able to suggest several conservative treatment strategies to help accelerate his healing. Unfortunately, his symptoms worsened after a few weeks, which led us to order more imaging testes.

At that point, surgery made sense and we were able to quickly schedule his procedure. Here’s what he had to say about his experience:
